Im getting really frustrated

Whenever I try to go into my Settings&Tools it doesn't pop up and when I click to tab to it it just flashes the icon on my taskbar. I've moved the bot menu before clicking Settings&Tools and this is just getting really fucking frustrating. Help me please.

In the taskbar, right-click it, choose maximize. Worked for me.

If on vista or windows 7 do the above, then click and hold on the top of the window (title bar) and drag down to normal size.
Grab the middle, and move it down, it will resize.

if you mouse over your taskbar and right click on the window(maximize it) you will see it again
