I'm banned?

I createt a account without giving a name/team and startet PF to push it to lvl 25.
Last week I logged in, but I couldn't see anything (no Pokestops/gyms).
I just see detected pokemon in the lower right corner.

If you have received a hard ban, you can't even log into the game. I checked one of my old hard banned accounts, and it was taken to a screen that said the account was basically terminated for violating the terms of service. Soft bans and catch flee bans, you can still pretty much see everything in game, you just can't loot pokestops nor catch anything. What you are describing does not sound like any sort of ban I have heard of. Sounds more like a bug or glitch of some sort.

I was about to say an IP ban, if you can't see pokestops and gyms. But you said you can still detect pokemon, so it may not be an IP ban.

Just to double check, try to log out, close the program. disable your wi-fi, enable you phone data, then log back in. See if that fix the problem, then post back again.

I have made all these things (even tried it with another Device and another network). I just see pokemon in my near but I can't find one.
