Ignoring Pokemon

Hi there!!!

I just purchased this a bit ago and I'm still playing around with it. I've read all the set ups and have it up and running but I was wondering if there was a way that I can ignore certain Pokemon to be caught? I see I can stop it from transferring certain babies but what about stopping it from catching certain ones? Maybe I'm just missing it. Thanks guys!
