ignore vaal letters

In certain situations, the npc "Vaal Letters" seem to be targeted

This causes the bot to cycle between the letters and other mobs

I would provide logs, but I can't seem to find this in the debug log, is there some way to turn on more verbose logging?

It's not doing it on purpose, but as it's trying to move around the obstacle, the client's hit box testing for the letter interferes, so the bot seems to click it. The same thing tends to happen around the npc info stones, but logic can be added for the letters as well. I've not actually seen that issue happen yet, but good to know it can happen.
