Ignore Elites?

anyone figures out how to set this? so bot ignore elites and just farm white mobs, i disable it in the db option but still takes too long time to kill elite, which is a waste of time.

I'd like this feature also. however, one that works while not avoiding rares as well. Is it possible to dig through the code and change a couple lines with an exception?
