If I wanna bot with 3 acc's do I need

do I need to install Diablo III 3*times in differed folders?

I tried it with 1 folder game.exe but it keep on crashing and laaging soo bad

Download the DemonBuddy user's guide, and try to follow the instructions.
Looks a bit old for me but it might still work.

You can run as many clients on the 1 machine as you're pc can handle
