If I got banned, will I have my mounts, achievements,... on new account?

If I ever got banned and purchased a new wow account in the same battle.net account will I keep all the things that I had in my previous account? The only reason I'm afraid of botting since the banwave is that I shall lose everything, but if I could keep the things I don't think buying a new account would be much of a deal since I could get it very cheap.

Yes, as long as it's on the same battle net account.

I believe that you would still have all of your battle.net account bound items available (at least those that are journal'd, obviously not those that are inventory items)

This is correct.
You keep all of your heirlooms, toys, mounts, etc.
Just be sure to add an additional account to your B.net account and not to start a whole new B.net account and you'll still have looms and stuff.

You can be ban a total of 8 wow accs on your b net b4 having to make a new one so bot big for 7 and on 8th stay clean
