No.
They ban in waves and i certainly dont think it would be the same day for both games. After my wow acct was banned my d3 was banned 2weeks later. I only did questing, did not play everyday and botted less then 1 month. I dont know if a gm looked at my d3 acct when i appealed the wow ban but im sure its possible.
