If i get banned in D3 am i banned in SC 2 also?

Might me a silly question guys..but have to ask it just to make sure. A friend has both D3 and SC2 cd-keys activated in one blizard b.net account. If he get banned in d3 is he also banned in SC2..in other words...is the whole account banned and every other game activated inside it ?
