If Banned - What happens to pending RMAH auctions?

If you are banned and have several RMAH auctions in processing (both to PayPal and/or BNet Balance), what would happen to them?

As far as I'm aware, the pending auction, aka "Processing" auctions have nothing to do with being banned or not. I think it has to do more with the payment-side of things. So I think you will still get the money.

If you're banned while having open auctions your pending auctions will be cancelled and the money will be returned to you.

your battle net balance is attached to the BNET account not the GAME account, when you are banned your GAME account is banned not your BNET account.
