IDLE issue

Started in the middle of a very populated area, it loads everything but pokestops gyms or ? marks. and it just says IDLE on the bottom.. Please help?

stop the bot, click to move yourself a bit of a ways across town, 10 blocks should do the trick, wait appropriate travel time, and it will load stops and gyms on the map again. that worked for me.
