Idle for Too Many Pokemon Caught per Minute?

Can you get an idle or softban for catching too many pokemon per minute? This might be the answer to my issue with one bot getting idle time....

If so, what is the limit? and how to enforce it?

How many are you catching per minute? I usually catch probably 160/hour?

And cannot use this one with bot, nox, phone ...

no clue how many per hour, just it seems when i run 3 on one ip in a heavy populated area it gets the idle and when i run 3 on one ip in a lower populated area it is fine and runs for hours.

Not sure, just speculation, trying to figure this out.
