So I've seen a lot of people making threads about the bot going idle, I also have had this problem a few times with no pokestops etc showing up on your mobile device and so I followed these instructions from a moderators post to fix it and It's worked a few times for me already.

(I added a bit more detail from Tony's post)

What to do now?

1) Stop Pokefarmer. (exit it completely)
2) Start Pokemon GO on your mobile device. Hit settings. Hit logout.
3) Wait 30 minutes to an hour.
4) Log back in with your mobile device with your GPS enabled. (Evolve a pokemon, or do something on your account to gain experience)
5) Exit the pokemon go app on your phone. (Don't just minimize it)
6) wait a few minutes
7) Start pokefarmer with the same gps location of your phone

Now according to some poke scanner websites they've introduced a new type of softban. Whether this is true or not I don't know but this method has got me unstuck from idle multiple times already, for now try not to teleport around as much. and I've seen people get the idle bug from using car or cycling speed also so try lowering your speed to something more realistic as Niantic are definitely *****ing down on us.

Please report back if this works for you or not.

Happy botting

I didn't have to go through all these steps. All I did was to stop the bot, waited for 20-30 min and start again. It looks like a Niantic problem. From other forums and sites people who don't bot and cheat have the same problem.
