(Idea) What quests have I done/missed

Since we have some neato quest generators for profiles, would it be possible to use them to create a list to create a plugin that you would start with your level one character and delete the quests from master list as you complete them, that way when you are trying to figure out that one quest you are missing in Borean for the "nothing boring about Borean" acheiv you will know. I know Blizzard do not allow official addons to do this, but we should have no problem. If you are a quest completer freak too this may help.

there is a great adddon called everyquest that i use for the loremaster achievements . Basically it gives a list of every quest in game with filters so you can take out the ones you dont want/cant todo as you complete quests they are listed in the history as complete. Also it will query the server to get the quests you have completed so you no. I no its not what you are asking for but i think it wil do the job

carbonite has a built in database too to figure out which ones you havent done yet. you can click on the name of the giver and a waypoint will pop and leading you to him/her.

Are these retrospective so i could chuck my level 70 character into the mix and it will tell me what quests I have done on that character so far ?
