[IDEA] RAF Follow/Lead Plugin

I wish someone would make a HB plugin that made the helped with the RAF leader follower relationship, ie the leader helped the follow, and the follower tries real hard to keep up with the leader...

I know that HB will eventually get it worked out, but in the mean time...
