Well, Myself. And when you come to think about it, it isn't "little". Here's some crappy random math:

marketPrice = 23.00; //Per Thousand
newPrice = 20.00;
newShare = 0.05; //5% (Who knows the exact amount)
farmerShare = 19.00; //$19.00 USD
newShare = 1.00; //$1.00 USD

With that example, $1.00 USD per thousand, per order.

Not necessarily. With stockpiling up to initial launch we could potentially have 1-10mil gold on each server.

The only thing I see is how will you choose which farmer of the realm will be getting the sale? 10 sellers each with enough for the buyer, who gets the sale?

Idea: Farmer 1 has 6 toons, Farmer 2 has 3 toons. Farmer 2 should sell approx 50% of what farmer 1 sells in the timespan of a month. That would be if they are making more gold than they are selling.​

This wouldn't be necessary. A initial and required implementation would be stock registry, farmers could continue to sell through there current avenues until market share was obtained.

The only thing I see is how will you choose which farmer of the realm will be getting the sale? 10 sellers each with enough for the buyer, who gets the sale?

That is a point to be discussed, and would depend on implementation.
Examples:

1. With a manual web based system, with the "company" filling the order, first come first serve would be the ideal method.
2. In a web based method where the farmer fills the order, "reputation" would be ideally considered.
3. In an automated system (automated deliveries by HB), it could be many things: Randomly would be ideal, or even to get so advanced as to closest user to the requested delivery location.

i doubt that all HB users will adhere , aldo is in their benefit...

Realistically, a embargo on Chinese gold sellers will not work. The market is far more saturated than just HB users. That is the purpose of creating competition. The creation of this competition would first cause a small drop in gold prices, but then as our share is increased, so is our influence on price. The price would also incorporate quality of service. The marketing of it will be effective, unlike the Chinese's communist version - "You pay us, because you have to!".

This sounds like if done properly could be a really cool thing but tbh i think you guys should hold off for a little bit. Since Pirox just shutdown and theres not many other good bots out there a lot of those people are going to be using HB. If you read the huge thread from pirox users its like 50 pages of people coming over from Pirox, and a lot of them are saying they have 15-40+ accounts etc. Blizzard is most likely reading this and they are going to be gunning for HB next and if all you guys start botting hardcore gold farming and selling they may notice it and ban a lot of your accounts.

I'm just saying you may want to figure everything out and plan it now, but hold off for awhile and see how the huge migration of people to HB goes.

If Blizzard was able to reliably detect HB, they wouldn't go around suing everyone. IMO.
