I see a lots of people complaining about the issues lately,

IMO, HB is great enough you just pay a small amount of $$$ for LIFETIME.

So, what if HB release a PREMIUM CLASS bot which pay subscription like WoW :D let say 7.5$/month but there's a guarantee 99.99% up or something hehehe

keep in mind for the most part besides time we were down for patches UNTIL now, we had more then 3 years worth of the auth servers working fine.

obviously stuff needed to change and it did, and it is.

we're sorry its down, we don't want it to be down, EVER, like in the movie (The Facebook) Facebook cant be down ever! we feel the same way about the auth servers, but it is, and we have to deal with it.
 
You are on Windows with your auth servers aren't you?

i for sure wont bot no more on a monthly fee, maybe i can pay em in gold, then i would reconsider.

downtime for the bot isnt that bad.. enjoy a movie, give your gf some quality time... spank your monkey for all i care :)

They have problems, first big problems since i joined, and its understandable. People that cant handle some downtime, google for another one :)

Read what I said to the moderator of this forum.
I am by no means "mad" because the auth servers are down.
If you have read my posts throughout the forum you would know I'm always trying to make the best out of the situation.
I think you also should grow up, a sense of humor.

There is no where to go, believe me Ive looked endlessly for other bots.
Just be patient
 
I suggested a monthly subscription a few weeks back.

It's a good idea. More money so they can get some more developers and better infrastructure.

When we have auth issues like this, they can even give people a free months subscription to make the customer feel better.

I'd say about $2 - $3 a month.
 
I wish when my friend handed me the ***** pipe that is wow and then the perma lighter that is HB I said no thanks, and went outside...

now I go outside and run back in, there are people out there! everywhere!

This is why you use load balancers, more auth servers to handle the load while you take 1 server down to patch and do what you want to do. I apologize in advance, but do you guys even know how to handle a server infrastructure? They do have neat tools out there you can use like VMWare. With the money you make on subscriptions alone, you could purchase better hardware to handle all this. Hell, I am sure there are plenty of people on here that would be willing to help you design a better solution. I know of 2 people that would be willing to do so because we do this daily.
