i was scammed

I have bought pokefarmer, and used it only 10 minutes and this banned my account in 10 minutes may be possible? and I have to wait 12 hours or it is permanent this ban?. I have spent money and it has banned instantly as was that?

maybe you log in your account on your loptop and the sametime on your cp you have a high chance to get banned im lvl 29 and until now im not banned yet
