i want to use ib but theres no running version of hb

would it be possible to get instancebuddy running without hb?
i mean ib hasn't to care about things like the change of the world, ib can stand still and queue for the instances so why is there no option to run ib @the moment

For one, IB is a addon/plugin/bot for HB. It can not be run on its own. Second alot of old world instances have changed and need to be remapped... Which I'm sure is at the bottom of the list of things to do.
