Okay, so It wouldn't work because it hadn't updated to the new client patch yet. That's fine, I get it. but, now it says max sessions and cannot use it! I paid $33 for something that doesnt even work!

Translation: I'm incompetent and lazy, and want my money back because reading and following directions is hard.

I guess I'm just cynical after seeing countless posts like these after MOP's launch. People are so quick to demand refunds and bash the development team/software when more often than not the solution to their problem lies in a sticky'd thread generally titled something along the lines of "How to fix your ______ problem". Props for you and the rest of the teams patience Tony, mine for them has run dry lol.

And that's why he is Customer Support.
Being that we don't get paid, if someone posts something I don't like, and the only reply I can think of is something bashing them I just leave the thread.

It's enough work for him to deal with the customer, let alone other customers making comments that aren't helpful.

@OP - You'll need to click the register link on there, and activate your Buddyauth account. If you can't find it then send an email to support, Tony posted it, with your key and other info about your purchase and he'll get you squared away :)
He is too good at his job.
