I totally screwed up this morning

Ugh I have 2 SWTOR accounts. My main which I have my guild bank toon and the one I write profiles with but don't actually bot on and my F2P account that I grind 24/7 on for credits. Anyway I went to upgrade to the Hutt expansion this morning on my main and yup you guessed it I was still logged into my F2P account and upgraded it I can't believe I threw that money out the window..... Anyway I just wanted to share that so folks can get a laugh this morning. As a community we need a break from all the stress and sad times when our beloved bot is down

One last item, I was wondering how to export my logs so I can post them for the Dev's and plugin writers. Also once I know that where do I post them? ITs time that we come together as a BW community and get on the solution train

If you contact customer service and explain your issue I'm sure they can transfer the upgrade or at least refund the purchase.

Ouch..that sucks, Jess. I know your pain because I have done similar things in the past ugh. About waiting for our beloved bot to be ready...I suspect we are going to wait longer this time, because after all some users seem to dislike the extremely fast updates we have been spoiled with ...guess one can't please everyone, no matter what you do (or not do) - there will always be whiners and disgruntled kiddies to spoil it for others.. oh well...

As far as contacting customer support... If it was ME I wouldn't want to approach customer support about something like that... Might make them look at the accounts more closely which is never good.

The good news is, now you can farm on Makeb, right? Worst case scenario now farming is easier for you because you're 5 levels higher
