how do I get better exp/h?

I just started using the bot today and everything is going decently so far..
I am farming mp5 (i got less exp on mp 1-3)
using ultima magi v2 profile
trinity plugin

My barb has good gear and does a lot of damage. I think I found a good spec that works well
I am getting 50-55m exp an hour.
Has anyone been able to do better than this?
I dont care about loot, i only have it looting legs and DE.
What can I do to improve exp/h?

how about some real answers..
I switch the combat routine to an "optimized" one that I found posted and my xp/h has gone up slightly..
Right now I am averaging about 60m an hour on mp5.. I get a few deaths here and there because my connection spikes, but other than that its doing pretty well.
Is anyone able to top 60m exp an hour? if so.. how!?

probably by playing manually
are you farming demonic essence to craft items on your acc that will for sure be banned?
 
Well thanks for all the wonderful help everyone.. After many hours of tweaking and figuring out what works for me, this is the end result.

My barb is quite geared. I am bored with the game and decided to bot to p100.. if it gets banned it gets banned. I am only running it a few hours a day in the hopes that it wont though lol..
This is just sitting in town with no castable buffs. I normally use an EF and oh sword with LS and a witching hour. But i found that running with a 6% skorn and an IK belt the bot had much more survivability.

im still playing around with gear setups right now..
Right now im trying mp9 with my 2 1h weps and a hellfire on.
I also switched superstition to brawler.
Im managing about the same exp/h and have less random deaths to fallen maniacs and lag spikes
