I still can't log on the buddy auth portal

Hello,

I have emailed the support team for honorbuddy back and forth for days now. My buddy auth portal page is still not working and I am getting the same error, no matter what computer I try to login from. The people emailing me keep asking the same questions over and over and are providing no resolution. Please help.
