I purchased a Buddy bot but i cant find my key ?

I purchased a year of Demon Buddy after i did it told me i have to create an account so as it said i did, but im not sure how im supposed to get my DB key ? iv not recieved anything in my Emails/inbox and the payment has been taken from my account -_- IM LOST iv opened a ticket but with little luck iv not had any replies
How long does it take to send a activation key?
