I never received my username and pass in my email

Hello, I was hoping you may help me out please. I just purchased my bot, and I never received an email with a username or password,
I keep getting the authentication failed message, i have my authentication code but no username or pass
my email: [email protected]

one problem might be, is that i accidently did not accept html codes with the email, so maybe i cant see the user or pass with the email? thank for all the help

i received an email from bossland, but it did not show me the username and password because i turned off html codes under the account options in honorbuddy or whatever, the portal login, how may i get it resent to me, may an admin or mod please help out with this

your password and username is the same as what you use to log into these forum.
