take your WoW box to wal-mart with all the original contents inside and tell them the install CD/DVD is scratched. Wal-mart will let you do 2 returns without a receipt every 6 months. They should exchange it for you.

This way you can get at least 1 or two free cd keys

How is anyone supposed to answer that? He could choose to trust me or not - simple as that. I'm not twisting anyone's arm, or begging anyone to buy crap off me. Just helping out by saying that I have a few laying around that I'd let go reasonably cheap if he wanted. Does not matter to me one way or the other.

I've heard of doing this - I've also heard that since Wal-Mart returns the "defective" copy to their supplier as damaged, that people who do this end up having their first CD key revoked from the account that was using it since it's a "defective" copy, and Blizz apparently nullifies that CD key.
