i have mentioned this before and someone informed me i needed to email a specific email address to request the change. Well i did just that and i got a reply of "well email me on the address you bought the bot".. Im pretty sure i did. So i replied "i am.." and i got a rather childish response of "because your banned hahahaha". Well, yeh I got instantly banned on the forum for talking about something i had no idea I shouldnt be talking about. But that doesnt excuse that I paid for a product which I need support on. The reason I am posting this here is because the response times I got via email were a long time waiting. Id appreciate it if someone can speed my issue up. Someone has had access to my bot pass for a while now, I have no idea who but it seems they are on it 20 hours a day. Pretty please can you just change my ID for me once and for all. Thanks.
