I need help with making a Honorbuddy profile

Okay, it may seem stupid, but I do not quite understand the guide in the guides section on how to make a profile for Honorbuddy.

I am trying to learn to make these so I can make private profiles for free for anyone who requests them. I am asking for help in return for help.

If anyone can show me over TeamViewer or make a YouTube video this would be fantastic.
