I need help with Kick's leveling profile

On that link (For leveling up 1-58 alliance)

"If the Checkpoints are too high for your liking, you can also look for Checkpoin Level= in the profile and change them to a lower level
If you have BoA gear and / or guild XP, you may be doing green or lower quests / mobs and also want to use this option"

I don't really understand that part, I mean I understand how to get there and everything, but if I increase the checkpoint level let's say for example, northern stranglethorn vale it says 27... I'm leveling up a priest, and it's level 31 now, and all the quests are green... is there a way to make it stop doing those quests and do yellow and harder quests?

Look at the next zone you should be heading to. What is its checkpoint level? Is it higher than 31?

If so, check what level the first quests in the profile require. Make sure you aren't going to run your bot out to a zone it can't yet complete and get it stuck trying to pick up high-level quests.

Otherwise, take whatever level checkpoint the next zone has, and lower it to your current level.
