Heya Folks.

Since I do not really know much about PoE I have a few questions and I'm asking here because some of you guys are holding the information and I bet you'll be able to explain it to me easy!

I'm doing a Ranger and got the Idea to use Herald of Thunder+Curse on Hit+Warlords Mark but I am not sure if it actually works for my character..

The spell that I am using is Split Arrow+Chain+Life Leech+Blood Magic.

Q#1. Can I curse on hit this way?

Q#2. What triggers this curse?

Q#3. If it works, why can't I see it? (It doesn't show some cloud or anything as some curses & I've only tried 2 curses before so my knowledge is very limited)

Q#4. If it doesn't work, why doesn't it?

Thanks in Advance you awesome people! :)

As long as the enemies die while shocked it procs Herald of Thunder storms, and when those hit they curse on hit.

Hmm okay so that means I cannot curse them I guess, due to the fact that Herald of Thunder cannot apply shock.

Think of Herald of Thunder as if there were 2 different spells:
-One is the one that gives your Spells/Attacks added lightning damage. Since your attacks have a lightning damage portion, this portion can apply shock.
-The other one is the proc, which is the storms you see. These are procced by killing a shocked enemy. And this one can't apply shock.

The Storms that are procced can't apply shock, but the lightning damage that is added to your spells/attacks can.
