I need help with Buddy auth

I just purchased honor buddy, But When i register with the auth portal it says email already in use?
I got my Honorbuddy code, emails and what not if you need proof i paid.

i tried to make a buddy auth to attach it to and it said key already claimed :/

If I could recover the UserName some how i could recover my password, because i think the problem is that i made the buddy auth like a year ago and forgot about it but just recenntly bought the bot with the same email.
