I did what CodenameG said and clearly creating a new "mesh" folder didn't help in my case.
And I do not even want to get into the question of "logic" here, you're saying because its working "for other people" and that makes me unreasonable to request for a refund?
The premise is that:1. it failed; 2. I described my problem; 3. I did all the suggestions which are suppose to be the "panacea" and they failed as I would expect
I posted my issue once and no one was actually reading my descrpition, they just threw me bunch of "attach your log" and "let it download" which I can easily find on the forum by myself. The fact that HB fails to work for just me may not justify the refund request, but the fact that I can't fix it by myself as I'm no professional and that my complain has not been taken seriously might just do it. I put "refund" in the title just to draw attention from the support team; I'm not some kind of nuts who would curse whenever something fails for me.
I didn't mean to say so much, but please have yours "facts" confirmed before judging someone.
