I may be coming back! Few questions!

Hi all!
I was a prominent user of rebornbuddy for many months. Thank to RB I maxed all classes/jobs, made bundles of gil, got nearly all companions, etc. Anyway, to make a long story shorter, I gave my account to a friend, who has bought a few vanity items, added the exapnsions etc. He is willing to give me my account back, proided I give him an account with the expansion, alongside 2-3 classes/jobs level 50.

So, since I have been out of the loop, I see there are now some profiles that will do storymodes etc for you. I actually tested one of these on a trial a few months ago and it worked great. Is this still a viable option? I don't have too much time to play and I am really not terribly interested in replaying content. Has the original content been changed at all? Basically, what I am asking, is how viable it would be for me to start a new account, let the bot run, and level me up with minimal input. I work from a computer and generally let bots run in the background, so I have that going for me.

Appreciate any input.

The official questing pack cannot be run for very long without manual assistance. I plan to write my own 1-50 in time (starting with only the MSQs, as the speculation is that those alone should get you to 50), but along with all of my current workload (for RB and IRL), that may take some time. As long as you're ok with manually moving your character quite often with the 1-50 questing pack, that's what's available at this time. I have profiles for the patch 2.1-2.55 content and a profile for about the first half of the expansion's quests (link in my signature) that I try to optimize and add to as often as I can.

If you're not worried about getting done with patch 2.0 questing in order to proceed into Heavensward, Fate Bot can level a class (or classes) effectively for you as well, which could make it easier for you to get the questing done if you go back after you're level 50 with full i115 gear bought by a friend (or another account) in the expansion's starting zone.

You will need to complete the MSQs through patch 2.55 to unlock access to the expansion content.
