I lost my key?

Hey dear honorbuddy-team! I bought a license in 2013. Today i logged me in and wanted to start but there is no key around and if i enter my username it says invalid. I posted some threads in 2k13. Why does it seems that my key got deleted because I bought it for lifetime.
