I keep getting an invalid Key error

I reset my PC a bunch of times, even waited 10hours. What is the problem? I opened a paypal ticket a on Tuesday, but I closed it a few days later (I miss read something><.) I am sure that would not be the problem since this problem started last night around 11pm.
