no, thats the thing. i purchased the cata+panda expacs to upgrade a few accounts [one at a time]. leveled a few levels, log in to see my account was locked and i was to call Billing. i got frustrated, read the emails and sure enough, the money had been returned to my cc/bank account. wtf i say and leveled another account for a day or so. upgraded that account and sure enough a couple days later, same thing. money returned and account locked.
so when teh clients went on sale a couple weeks ago, i spend $100 on keys. couple days later i get an email saying the bank declined the transaction and here is my money back... wtf blizz, so i start making phone calls, first to the bank, they say its not them, its the vendor.
i call blizz, one time for each account, they apologize, say i need to purchase the keys again and cannot play since my toons are above the level limit and they cannot roll back the toon to lvl 80. owell, i purchase more and they are returned immediately. so i call and am told billing is not who i need to talk to, i finally reach 'accounts' adn that where i got an employee stating my ip and payment method have been linked to fraud and are no longer welcome to purchase items from the blizzstore. they cleaned it up and reset my ip flags. then i called my isp and had my ip renewed and changed. owell, another step on the ladder
