I just bought this for one week and can't run

When I launch this, it always said "failed to start service memory thread! Exit code:-1", and my system is Win 10.

I am thinking of getting unnnownbuddy too but these kind of posts mak s most of us hesitate to buy it. How can someone get banned so fast?
