i have some problems with the HearthBuddy

Hi , i am a Chinese College Student and i bought the HearthBuddy few days ago.But i find that the HB always "Disappear" when it is working.Here is the Log.Please help me out with this？

I think i have solved this issue myself. The possible reason is that My College DNS Servicer is too old to support much people. I bought a personal Servicer and change my　pc DNS address to my new address. AND the Buddy is working well now. THX
