i have not selected a valid instance of wow....

Hey Guys,
i updated my bot yesterday, since then i always get this, when i try to log in.

Logging in...

You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid instance of WoW to use Honorbuddy with!
This version of Honorbuddy only supports WoW Build #15211
You are currently on build #0
-------------------------------
Honorbuddy is up-to-date

i removed whole bot from my hdd and reloaded it, installed, updated again, and still the same prob.
can someone help me or tell me what to do now?!

Here's the reason why this is happening

FIRST restart your computer to make sure nothing is running in the background

NEXT check these

Make sure you are running WoW in 32 bit client mode
MAke sure you are in Direct X 9 ( ESCAPE > OPTIONS > ADVANCED > Switch it to Direct X 9

CLOSE WOW COMPLETELY and try again. Let me know if that works
 
Ok, so i'm getting the same mistake.
(using windows 7 btw)
wow is in 32bit mode - check
using direct x 9 - check
windowed mode (not fullscreen) - check
run HB as admin - check
still giving me the same error ...

I just updated and having the same problem I get:

Error attaching Honorbuddy to WoW! - System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at Styx.WoWInternals.ObjectManager.Initialize(Memory blackmagic)
at Honorbuddy.MainWindow.#TUc()

My system info
windows 7 enterprise
Geforce 7700

32 bit Wow
Running HB as Admin

Everything was working fine..I did the update..and now it can no longer connect.

Something must have went wrong with the update for me. I just re-downloaded and now it is connecting again. I just put a second copy of HB on my drive and it runs from the new folder.

in this guide is nothin helpful for my problem :( or i just didnt get it?

im logged on in wow, i run HB in admin mode, wow settings are correct, i copy my password in the login screen, and then - fail : msg like in my first post

Cant be, your HB Version has to be completely outdated if it is still the same error:

we arae already at WoW Build #15595

I bet you renamed your HB.exe and the update broke it. :)
 
hey i get this sometimes, and the reason it cant select a valid wow for me is when im not logged into a character, or HB is sort of lagging "can result from force error"
