I have no key

Hi

I have been using Honorbuddy on and off since i purchased the lifetime back in feb
Tried to use it the other day and noticed that it had been changed to use a key system, but extensive searching showed that i wasn't emailed a key. I have checked both inbox and junk email folders.

I have tried logging into the Buddy Auth Portal webpage to request/retrieve a key, but i continue to get the message -- An error has occured: Email address not found!

please help!
