Sometime i got that error and i don't know what problem. Sometime it had that problem and bot still run normal, but sometime it not. so please help me thanks

i got the error messenger start at 2014-04-24 19:14. And the last one sorry i uninstall and installer that why i lost my old files.
but do the same install c:/DemonBuddy and the diablo 3 was re installer the same c:/diablo 3. I was did every step still got that error sometime it keep going and sometime auto re log or disconnected so please help me me.

make a new DB installation from scratch and dont use any 3rd party plugins
