I have bought 2 keys now and it wont work

I bought 2 different keys to try and get honor buddy to start working and everytime I try to add the 1-100 questing pack it says I have not purchased a key when I have..please help asap trying to start leveling this alt....I have been able to do the honor buddies bg's, but that is all

when you log into Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal with the same information that you use to log into the shop, is the key your using listed?
