Seems like whatever that last HB update was, make the bot flash it's ass at Bwizzard.
I went... in a rather roundabout way, of addressing the single ban I received (out of 3 acts). I had a ticket closed with their subscription department, I reopened it addressing my ban. I was watching my shit like a hawk too! Here's the response I received:
Greetings,
Thank you for contacting the Account Administration Department!
We have reviewed the referenced action, however, a registered user of the account was found to have used unauthorized automation software (also known as "botting") to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
As such, we are unable to amend or remove the account action.
To protect the integrity of our investigation process, we do not disclose information about our investigation methods or findings. This includes, but is not limited to, the names of prohibited programs found to have been used.
This action has been taken in accordance to our Terms of Use (http://us.bWizzard.com/en-us/company/legal/wow_tou.html) and our game policies (http://us.bWizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=20309), which all players acknowledge and agree to prior to participation. When an account violates these policies, the situation is reviewed and appropriate action is taken.
Please understand, any activities not intended by game design which affect the economy, the client, player characters, or the world itself have a tremendous negative impact on the potential enjoyment for all players. The effects of these activities take many forms including a bloated game economy, server instability, and allowing unauthorized access to accounts, computers, and player data.
Only the Account Administration department can address disputes or questions about this account action. To learn more about how we are able to assist you, please visit us at [http://us.Cattle.net/support/en/article/account-administration-overview].

Should I even bother to come back with something? Seems as if this show is caught in the full moon.
