I get stuck when i start the honorbuddy

Today ,i change the computer system. But when i start the honorbuddy,it jump the step that i used to write the key and change the server. And there is nothing on the frame.
It just look like that

OK ,i know what happend . I forget check the log. After I fix the probelm in log, everthing is OK
