I downloaded, but wheres the launcher?

I purchased a key and downloaded the Hearth Buddy, but I cannot seem to find the launcher? Am I missing a step or?

there must be an Hearthbuddy.exe file
try again to donwload -> http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Hearthbuddy
