im farming insane tittle atm , but its pretty slow because my bot cant spot looting!

→ "Settings & Tools"
→ Uncheck "Loot Mobs"​

And a word of warning... "Is leaving the loot on the ground in this situation something a human would do?" If not, its best to leave it on. Such things are easily detectable WoWserver-side, and may cause your account to get banned.
