I don't know why some map's door can not open???

Hello guys~! I have a question.
I don't know why some map's door can not open???
Example : All act5 style's door like some doors of Corvus, and sometimes bot just wait at the door many times.
And I think the bot just try to attack enemies behind the door again and again but never try to open door first, and sometimes bot not hit the door and just stand by all day.
Could you give me a solution, if you know how.
And bot sometimes does not picking legendary item up.
Last problem; Kadala plugin is not perpect working for R-lift, it never buy anything or never do anything in town when blood shards are full.
This problem is just my own problem?
I really appreciate any advise from you.

I have the same problem with some doors, no idea why but once the inactivity timer goes off it will just reset the game.

as for Kadala use the Armory plugin it works perfectly fine

door not opening on some maps and also sometimes stands on leg items, not a lot but happens. i just let timer run out.

And in my opinion, Some force town run action have some trouble ex; gambling or repairing.
So I recommanded that plugin; Armory(It will help you, if you want using Kadala plugin with not any trouble)
I solved kadala problem with Armory and now I've never seen again that Kadala problem. Thanks! Artwebb1986!
In add to my recomendation is "Spaulders of Zakara" that is very useful.
Before I have thought that item was sucks but now I think this item is very useful.
