I don't know can use profiles

Hello im spanish and my english its bad,
I install demonbuddy correctly but I don't know how i can use the profiles i donwload a profile an clis start but diablo dont do nothing.

i want farm whit a barbarian in act 1.

Any one can sau me a example????
