I am not sure what caused me to be unable to send the email. Perhaps there are some restrictions on the internet in my country, but I have already used another email to send the email normally and provided the email I filled out during the purchase.Support email is the only place to receive support. I messaged the person who handles the shop stuff but haven't heard back, it's frustrating for me because I can only act in limited case where the order was approved but some technical issue prevented a email going out or you purchased a key long ago and forgot a username/password.
I'm trying to rectify this situation by getting access since he's been so unreliable, but I expect it will take time.
I suggest you do a refund request thru paypal.
One month later, the system automatically issued a refund.
