I didn't received key

It's been three days and I still haven't received my keys. I'm trying to give [email protected] Sent an email but was rejected.

Support email is the only place to receive support. I just tested the email and it is accepting emails just fine, not sure what you mean by "rejected"

I am not sure what caused me to be unable to send the email. Perhaps there are some restrictions on the internet in my country, but I have already used another email to send the email normally and provided the email I filled out during the purchase.

It has been 5 days since I last sent an email and I still haven't received a response. Is there anything else I can do?
 
Pm me the order id, and ill see if there is anything i can do.
 
I messaged the person who handles the shop stuff but haven't heard back, it's frustrating for me because I can only act in limited case where the order was approved but some technical issue prevented a email going out or you purchased a key long ago and forgot a username/password.

I'm trying to rectify this situation by getting access since he's been so unreliable, but I expect it will take time.


I suggest you do a refund request thru paypal.

I tried to apply for a refund on PayPal, but PayPal prompted
"We're sorry, you can't file a case on this type of transaction."
