i can't use my key?

I took a break from WoW so i have not logged into honorbuddy in awhile and I came back to use honor buddy but once I put the key it's telling me that I can't log in and that they've sent me an email with a new way to log in or something but i checked my email and i got nothing the key is 27VWD-3WT9M-2DTKJ-GPV2Q-PY4CZ
